NetScout Systems, Inc. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct and ethics. This Code of Conduct (this “Code”) reflects the practices and principles of behavior that support this commitment and that are expected throughout our organization.

On May 6, 2025, the Board of Directors of NetScout Systems, Inc. approved certain amendments to the Company’s Code of Conduct.  Amendments were made in order to (i) rename several additional resources to align with the revised policy names, (ii) rename a subsection to Respectful and Safe Work Environment, (iii) removed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policy and created a new policy titled “Commitment to Workplace Culture” which outlines our culture of valuing differences while fostering a sense of belonging, and (iv) make certain technical, administrative, and other non-substantive amendments.
