NetScout Systems, Inc. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct and ethics. This Code of Conduct (this “Code”) reflects the practices and principles of behavior that support this commitment and that are expected throughout our organization.

On August 5, 2025, the Board of Directors of NetScout Systems, Inc. approved certain amendments to the Company’s Code of Conduct.  Amendments were made in order to (i) remove retired leaders’ quotes and photographs and replace them with the quotes and photographs of the new leaders, and (ii) make certain technical, administrative, and other non-substantive amendments.
