How do I access NETSCOUT CONNECTS, and how much does it cost?

You will pre-register to attend by accessing the registration form from the Connects website. Once you arrive at the event, you will go to the event check-in desk at the Sofitel and receive your badge. Entry to all sessions, meals, and social events requires a personalized badge. The program is free. Attendees pay for their own travel and lodging.

How do I access the agenda?

Visit the Agenda section of the NETSCOUT CONNECTS website. Your personalized agenda will be sent to you via email two weeks before the event. 

When should I arrive and depart?

We are hosting a welcome reception on the evening of May 13th. The program will kick-off the morning of May 14th and conclude May 15th at about 2:00 p.m. Please discuss your schedule with your NETSCOUT team as they will plan executive and customer one-to-one meetings to occur post-event through May 16th.

Are meals being provided?

Breakfast is provided by the hotel and included in your room rate. In addition, complimentary food and beverages will be provided by NETSCOUT during these days:

  • Monday May 13th: Evening Welcome Reception
  • Tuesday May 14th: Lunch and Evening Reception
  • Wednesday May 15th: Lunch 
     

How do I book the hotel? What is the room rate?

After you complete event pre-registration, you can access the hotel booking link from the confirmation page. The discounted room rate is £185 +VAT per night. Please visit the Location section above, for rates, parking, and other details.

Who should I contact if I require a Letter of Invitation to submit with my visa application?

You will be asked to enter your request and additional details during pre-registration. Requests will be fulfilled Monday-Friday and sent via email within seven business days.

What is the recommended dress attire?

Business casual attire is recommended. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket in case of cool temperatures in meeting rooms.
