Microsoft® Lync® is an enterprise-ready unified communications platform. The NETSCOUT solution, nGenius Voice | Video Manager, is part of a unified solution that enables IT organizations to optimize and protect service delivery for voice, video, and data services, simplifying their operations.

nGenius Voice | Video Manager from NETSCOUT seamlessly integrates Microsoft Lync client endpoint data metrics through the Microsoft Lync Monitoring Server. The nGenius solution complements Microsoft Lync monitoring services with network mid-point and multi-vendor call detail to deliver real-time visibility into end-to-end call performance for voice and video sessions.

Flexible workflows enable powerful analysis and troubleshooting procedures to support both proactive and reactive service management tasks. Real-time predictive analysis in addition to historical analysis improves IT’s ability to quickly fix problems, reduces Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and improves end-user satisfaction for their voice and video service experience.

NETSCOUT is a member of the Microsoft Partner Network and nGenius Voice | Video Manager is qualified application in the Microsoft Lync Interoperability Program. In order for an application to be qualified under this program, rigorous and extensive testing requirements must be met. This helps ensure that Microsoft Lync Qualified Applications meet customer expectations for interoperability.
