There are three levels
of certification in the
program:
The first level,
nGenius Certified
Professional, is designed
to test a candidate’s
knowledge in the use of

Manager to monitor and

The second level, nGenius Certified
Expert, indicates an advanced
knowledge of the Internet
Protocol (IP) suite, network
troubleshooting and optimizing
application performance.
The third level, nGenius Certified
Master, provides an extensive
evaluation of an individual's
knowledge of network and
application troubleshooting,
networking technology and
application principles
and the use of NetScout
software and instrumentation.
