NETSCOUT Product Certification makes it easier to validate the product knowledge you have built through training and experience. Certification is earned by passing a convenient online exam, with no required coursework or training prerequisites to access the exam. Recommended NETSCOUT University training is available to help you prepare, but experienced users can go directly to the exam when they are ready. When it is time to renew, simply complete the current certification exam to demonstrate that your product knowledge remains up to date.
Certification opportunities are available for nGeniusONE for Enterprise Users, nGeniusONE for Service Provider, Arbor Enterprise Manager & Arbor Edge Defense, and nGenius TrueCall. Certification levels vary by product.
NETSCOUT Product Certification reflects demonstrated product knowledge at a defined certification level. It does not certify broader subject-matter expertise, job-role readiness, architectural authority, or administrative responsibility outside the scope of the product certification.

Associate Certification is designed to confirm your understanding of a product's purpose, interface, core features, and essential workflows. Recommended training can help you prepare, but coursework is not required to access the exam. If you already have the knowledge through product experience, you can take the online exam when you are ready.
