nGenius TrueCall Essentials for New Users Hands-on Lab Workshop
This course teaches the basics of using the TrueCall system to analyze call data based on geographical area, network element, device, and subscriber. Participants will be taught how to use the tool to identify coverage problems, traffic hotspots, identify problematic device types, and trace calls for a specific subscriber. Participants will also learn how to extract KPIs for selected cells, device types, or specific groups of subscribers. The hands-on exercises reinforce key objectives.
Advanced nGenius TrueCall for 5G SA
The course will teach students how to utilize nTC for their 5G SA RAN optimization activities. The best way to do this is through the four main cases where nTC is most powerful: Coverage Analysis, Dropped Connection Investigation, Handover Performance Monitoring, and Overshooting Cells Detection.
