Building upon their existing NETSCOUT® nGenius Enterprise Performance Management solution, the global Network Operations (NetOps) team added monitoring capabilities in strategic locations including the Equinix colo facilities and in the AWS cloud. The NetOps organization in charge of the visibility project were strong advocates of packet data as their preferred data source and designed an nGenius solution deployment.
