DDoS attack protection starts with pervasive network visibility. NETSCOUT’s Arbor Sightline provides visibility across the entire service provider network, including backbone, peering/transit, and customer edge while automatically detecting complex, multi-vector DDoS attacks and orchestrating multiple mitigation methods. These include leveraging network infrastructure (e.g., FlowSpec) and directing traffic to the dedicated Arbor Threat Mitigation System (TMS).
The Arbor Threat Mitigation System is a highly scalable, out-of-band, stateless DDoS mitigation solution that surgically removes attack traffic without disrupting legitimate services.
