The People Behind the Connected World

Every day, NETSCOUT Guardians help keep the world's most critical networks running. Behind every innovation is a global team of problem-solvers, collaborators, and trailblazers united by a shared purpose: protecting the connected world.

Being a Guardian means more than the work we do. It means learning together, supporting one another, celebrating success, and making a meaningful difference for our customers, our communities, and each other.

Our Culture

Our culture combines the agility of a startup with the experience of a global technology leader. We call it Lean But Not Mean - an approach that encourages smart decision-making, collaboration, and accountability while putting people and long-term success first.

We reinforce our Lean But Not Mean values through regular CEO-lead town halls and promote a culture of gratitude through our peer-to-peer recognition program we call Guardian Gratitude.

Whether we're developing new technology, supporting customers, or working across functions, our shared values guide how we work together every day.

Mentorship Program

Our Mentorship Program connects employees with experienced leaders across the company to support professional growth, career development, and knowledge sharing. Whether you're looking to expand your skills, explore new opportunities, or gain fresh perspectives, the program helps employees take ownership of their careers while building meaningful relationships across teams and functions.

Participants are thoughtfully matched through a peer-led committee, creating connections that strengthen networking, communication, and collaboration throughout the organization.

Summer Internships

NETSCOUT interns are welcomed as full members of the team, where collaboration and mutual learning are highly valued. The Summer Intern Cohort runs from May through August and is open to sophomores or higher at accredited colleges or universities who are eligible to work in the U.S. and live near a U.S. office.

Our Summer Intern Cohort is designed to make the internship experience more meaningful by connecting interns with one another, company leaders, and the broader business. Alongside their day-to-day work, interns participate in a series of experiences that provide exposure to different functions, foster community across locations, and help build professional skills.

Hosted across our major U.S. locations with virtual participation opportunities, the Cohort gives interns the chance to expand their networks and gain a deeper understanding of life at NETSCOUT.

Learn with Leaders
One of the signature experiences of the Summer Intern Cohort, Learn with Leaders offers interns the opportunity to meet with senior leaders in small-group sessions. These conversations provide insight into leadership, career journeys, and the business while giving interns the opportunity to ask questions, seek advice, and learn from experienced professionals.
