He is an advocate for thoughtful innovation and intentional investments geared for today and equipped for tomorrow.
Before joining NETSCOUT, Horneman was a Gartner Principal Research Analyst, where he developed research in consultation with CIOs. Before that, he served as head of marketing at StoneRiver, Ebix, and Insurance Technologies. As a direct report to the CEOs at these companies, Horneman put many successful growth initiatives in place.
Horneman holds an MBA in finance from Colorado University and a certification in product management methods from the Pragmatic Marketing organization and has spoken at many conferences and events, both physical and virtual.
