Professional Background:

Mitzi Sapp is AVP, Customer Success for NetScout. Mitzi has over 30 years of experience in the Support Services and Networking Industry. She promotes strategic business partnerships with global Enterprise customers in the Financial, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Federal business verticals. Over the course of her 23+ year career at NETSCOUT, she has used her passion, experience, and expertise to lead, develop, and mentor Service Managers, Engineers, and others to success. From her humble beginning as an On-Site Engineer for one of our leading financial customers, she has matured to her current global role. Mitzi has received multiple awards and recognition for her achievements including being part of NETSCOUT’s Executive Leadership programs, TSIA FDE Council, SCP Service Executive Leadership, Certified Service Management, Cambridge Who’s Who Executive Registry, Elite American Executive, and Excellence in Service award winner.

Personal Interests:

• Spending time with my family and friends – proud and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and Mimi. Married to Tim for 36+ years, we have two children (son, Ryan and daughter, Holly) and three grand girls – Avelina (3), Jamie (2), and Mayumi (9 months).
• Favorite place is the beach – love the sound of the waves, smell of the salt air, and sunrises
• Avid Pilates ‘6am-er’ and gardener
• Lifelong learner - enjoy reading and knowledge gathering – nonfiction and fiction. Generally reading 2-4 books at any given time spanning various topics of interest both personal and professional.
