Heather Broughton is the AVP of Product Marketing at NETSCOUT, where she leads a team of seasoned enterprise and service provider industry experts focused on empowering global telecommunications and enterprise customers. Her team develops strategic messaging that highlights NETSCOUT’s strengths and helps customers solve complex network challenges, accelerate service rollouts, and operate with confidence.

With over 20 years of experience in telecom—including roles at Verizon/MCI—Heather has held leadership positions in both product marketing and product management. She has overseen the planning, development, and launch of service provider monitoring solutions, managing product portfolios exceeding $200 million in value.

Heather holds a degree in Business Analysis and Research with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. Being an Aggie—with Aggie parents and Aggie children—is one of her proudest accomplishments.

Professionally, Heather is passionate about emerging technologies and how enterprises and carriers are adapting to rapid change. She’s known for her enthusiasm when discovering a new KPI and thrives on translating technical innovation into meaningful customer outcomes.
