General

How do I access ENGAGE,and how much does it cost?

You will pre-register to attend by accessing the registration form from the ENGAGE website. Once you arrive at the event, you will go to the registration desk to check in and receive your badge. Entry to all sessions, meals, and social events requires a personalized badge. We are excited to offer registration for ENGAGE for free.

What is included in my ENGAGE 2024 pass?

Your registration gives you access to four days of sessions from beginner to advanced users and is focused to a wide range of operational roles. Your complimentary registration gives you exclusive access to the following:

  • Keynotes and general sessions with NETSCOUT Executives, Customers, and Industry Experts
  • Full admission to all ENGAGE days
  • No-cost access to NETSCOUT University with hands-on workshops, in-depth technical training, and certification
  • Access to the evening events
  • Hosted meals for registered attendees during the event
What are the attendee cancellation policies?

While ENGAGE 2024 is a free event for NETSCOUT’s customers and partners, we appreciate notice of cancellation as we plan meals, room setups, and transportation around registered attendees. Please inform us if you are unable to attend: engage24@netscout.com.

Substitution Policy

Substitutes can be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Please send an email to engage24@netscout.com, including your replacement’s name, job title, company name, email address, and phone number. Once received, further instructions will follow to both you and the new registrant.

Badge Sharing Policy

Sharing of attendee passes is not allowed; one pass per person is required.

How do I access the conference agenda? How do I build my agenda?

Visit the agenda page for more information. Register for ENGAGE and you will have access to sign-up for sessions and workshops.

How do I access the ENGAGE mobile app?

The mobile app will launch in September. You will receive instructions and can return to the event website for more information.

Are you offering certifications at ENGAGE?

Yes, please visit our workshops page for detailed certification programs and criteria. Please note that all workshops require pre-registration through the agenda builder, which launches in July.

What is the recommended dress attire?

Business casual attire is recommended. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket in case of cool temperatures in session rooms or at outdoor events.

What is your health and safety policy?

According to local state and city guidelines, no COVID protocols are enacted in the State of Texas. This is always subject to change.

Travel and Lodging

When should I arrive?

The registration desk will open at noon Sunday, October 6. If you plan to participate in hands-on workshops beginning Monday morning, we advise you to arrive by Sunday evening. The welcome reception will take place on Monday evening, beginning at 7:00 pm.

How do I book the hotel?

You’re guided through the hotel booking process during ENGAGE registration.

Which airport(s) serve the event location?

Dallas Ft. Worth International (DFW) is located 12 miles from the venue

Dallas Love Field (DAL) is located 21 miles from the venue

Is there a special hotel rate?

A limited number of rooms are available to ENGAGE attendees at a negotiated rate. The special discounted rate for single and double occupancy is $219/night plus taxes and applicable fees while supplies last. Also, a limited number of rooms are priced at a US government rate. A US military ID is required. Rooms are subject to availability. You will be guided through the hotel reservation process during your ENGAGE registration.

Where can I find information about maps, parking, and transportation?

For the most current details and pricing, please visit the hotel website. Overnight guest valet parking is $38/day, day guest parking is $28/day and event day guest parking is $18/day.

Who should I contact if I require a Letter of Invitation to submit with my visa application?

NETSCOUT will provide a Letter of Invitation for registered attendees who must apply for a US Business Visitor visa at the US Consulate abroad to travel to the US. If you are unsure whether you require a visa, please visit the US State Department website for further information. Your request for a letter of invitation is made during ENGAGE online registration.
