You will pre-register to attend by accessing the registration form from the ENGAGE website. Once you arrive at the event, you will go to the registration desk to check in and receive your badge. Entry to all sessions, meals, and social events requires a personalized badge.

We are excited to offer registration for ENGAGE for free.

Your registration gives you access to four days of sessions from beginner to advanced users and is focused to a wide range of operational roles. Your complimentary registration gives you exclusive access to the following:

• Keynotes and general sessions with NETSCOUT Executives, Customers, and Industry Experts
• Full admission to all ENGAGE days
• No cost access to NETSCOUT University with hands-on workshops, in-depth technical training, and certification
• Access to the evening events
• Hosted meals for registered attendees during the event

While ENGAGE 2023 is a free event for NETSCOUT’s customers and partners, we appreciate notice of cancellation as we plan meals, room setups, and transportation around registered attendees. Please inform us if you are unable to attend: engage23@netscout.com.

Substitutes can be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Please send an email to engage23@netscout.com, including your replacement's name, job title, company name, email address, and phone number. Once received, further instructions will follow to both you and the new registrant.

Sharing of attendee passes is not allowed; one pass per person is required.

After you complete your registration for ENGAGE, your confirmation page has a link to the Agenda Portal. Log-in to it using your registration email and your confirmation number. Search for sessions by type or date and click the "Add to My Agenda" button. Once you have completed your agenda, your selections will appear on your ENGAGE confirmation page. Please note, a mobile app will launch prior to the event so you will also have real-time access during attendance.

Business casual attire is recommended. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket in case of cool temperatures in session rooms or at outdoor events.

NETSCOUT is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. According to local state and city guidelines, no COVID protocols are enacted in the State of Florida. This is always subject to change.

The Registration desk will open at 8 am on October 2. We recommend arriving in time for hands-on workshops starting Monday, October 2, at 1 pm. The Welcome Reception will be held Monday evening. If you don't plan on attending the afternoon workshops, plan to arrive in time to join the festivities.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 18 miles from the event hotel: Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.

A limited number of rooms are available to ENGAGE attendees at a negotiated rate. The special discounted rate for single and double occupancy is $244/night plus taxes and applicable fees while supplies last. Also, a limited number of rooms are priced at a US government rate. A US military ID is required. Rooms are subject to availability. You will be guided through the hotel reservation process during your ENGAGE registration.

For the most current details and pricing, please visit the hotel website. Parking for registered hotel guests of NETSCOUT get a discounted rate of $22 overnight and is billed to the guest room. The rate for day visitors is $32 per day. Valet parking is $45.

NETSCOUT will provide a Letter of Invitation for registered attendees who must apply for a US Business Visitor visa at the US Consulate abroad to travel to the US. If you are unsure whether you require a visa, please visit the US State Department website for further information. Your request for a letter of invitation is made during ENGAGE online registration.
