How do I access ENGAGE?

Personalized URL’s are required to join ENGAGE, one for each day, April 28 and April 29. You will receive these personalized links on Monday April 27. You can also access these links beginning on April 27 by logging into your registration and reviewing your confirmation page. Please note, the links to join ENGAGE can not be shared.

How do I access my confirmation number?

All registrants have a confirmation number emailed to them upon approval. To have it resent to you. Visit the login page and click the "Confirmation Number" link.

I haven't registered for ENGAGE- can I still attend?

Registration closed on April 24. You can access recordings through NETSCOUT University at a later date.

The link I received is not working.

Make sure the link you are using is for the correct date (April 28 or April 29) and that it is the link you were given directly by registration. Links are not transferrable. If you are still having issues, contact [email protected]

I do not see the session I signed up for:

Make sure you are using the link for the date the session is scheduled for. April 28 and April 29 have two separate links. Only keynotes and technology track sessions are viewable using the link. Virtual boot camps require pre-enrollment, and separate instructions are provided for joining those.

How do I watch the sessions I signed up for?

Using the links you were emailed for the date of sessions, you can access all sessions available for that date regardless of what you added to your agenda. For virtual boot camps, you will receive specific instructions for access. Boot camps are hosted via Webex.

How do I access my agenda? Or make changes to it?

Log-in to your registration. On the confirmation page, you can see your agenda. If you need to make changes, follow this step-by-step guide. Also, note on the confirmation page, all of your sessions have a calendar file you can add to your outlook or other calendars.

Can I watch recorded sessions?

Yes. Live-streamed sessions become available on-demand within one hour of completion. These recordings are available to view using your personalized links until midnight, May 1.

How can I test my computer for viewing requirements?

ENGAGE is being hosted on GlobalMeet. Refer to this system requirements page for details and testing. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact your organization's local IT support.

How do I participate in virtual boot camps?

All boot camps require pre-registration. If you are signed up, you will receive instructions via email from NETSCOUT University. If you requested to be placed on a wait-list, you will be contacted when future classes are scheduled.

How do I sign up for Virtual Boot Camps?

Boot camp registration is closed. Future boot camps will be offered at a later date.

What if I get locked out?

Close all of your browsers. Wait one minute. Relaunch browser. Click on your Engage event link from your email. Click the specific event you want to view.
