NetCare Limited Maintenance Terms and Conditions

These Maintenance and Support Services Terms for certain NetScout System Texas LLC products (“Maintenance Terms”) state the terms under which NetScout Systems, Inc. on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, or a subsidiary or affiliate (collectively, “NetScout”), or a NetScout-authorized third party will deliver the NetCare Limited maintenance and technical support services described below (“Maintenance”) for software products, including firmware (“Software”) that have been licensed and/or hardware products (“Hardware” and together with Software, “Products”) for which NetScout makes Maintenance generally available.
