The event accommodation rate for attendees is €200 per night and includes breakfast.

Any incidentals charged to your room are at your own expense.

  • All reservations should be made through the dedicated link.
  • No phone reservations will be accepted.
  • The Hotel will require credit card details to confirm the booking and will charge €200 per night to the credit card provided by the attendee at the time of reservation.
  • If the credit card is found to be invalid, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the client will receive a notification.

Individual reservations cancellation policy:

  • Individual guests can cancel their reservations or reduce their stay up to 21 days prior to the arrival date.
  • 20 days prior to the arrival date, the total room nights reserved at that moment will be considered as guaranteed and hotel will charge €200 per night to the credit card provided by the attendee at the time of reservation. This clause will also apply to no-shows.
  • Early departures or last-minute cancellations will be charged to each individual credit card.

NO SHOWS 
No-shows will be charged in full: €200 per night.

PARKING 
At InterContinental Barcelona, self-parking is available for a daily rate of €30.

How do I access NETSCOUT CONNECTS, and how much does it cost?

You can pre-register to attend by accessing the registration form on the CONNECTS website. Attendance is free but all travel and accommodation is to be paid by the attendee. The Bed and Breakfast rate per night is €200.

How do I access the agenda?

Visit the Agenda section on the NETSCOUT CONNECTS website.

When should I arrive and depart?

CONNECTS kicks off with a Welcome Reception at 18.00hrs on Monday 2nd June, the main program begins at 09.00hrs on Tuesday 3rd June.
When you arrive at the event, please check-in at the hotel reception (if staying) and then proceed to the event registration area to collect your badge and agenda. Entry to all sessions and meals requires your peronalized badge.
Check in is from 3:00 p.m. Check out is Midday.

Are meals being provided?

Breakfast is provided by the hotel and included in your room rate. In addition, complimentary food and beverages will be provided by NETSCOUT during these days:

  • Monday, 2 June: Evening Welcome Reception.
  • Tuesday, 3 June: Lunch and Evening Reception.
  • Wednesday, 4 June: Lunch.

How do I book the hotel? What is the room rate?

After you complete the event pre-registration, you can access the hotel booking link from the main page. The event room rate is €200 per night. You can also find the hotel accommodation booking link via the "Location" tab above, along with parking rates and other details.

What is the recommended dress attire?

Business casual attire is recommended. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket in case of cool temperatures in meeting rooms.
