Aon’s technology organization had built regional network performance hubs to deliver application services to employees, clients, and partners. Recent data center and unified communications transformations were targeted at providing a unified set of capabilities to clients and collaboration capabilities to the company’s workforce. To succeed in this effort, Aon required visibility into network and application performance. Although the company had used a variety of point tools in the past, it recognized a need for a more comprehensive, scalable solution.
