Q: What are the dates and locations of the NETSCOUT Arbor Summit?
A: The 2018 APAC Partner Summit is being held 13-15 November 2018 at the Four Seasons Macau, Cotai Strip, Macau.
Q: What is the agenda for the NETSCOUT Arbor Summit?
A: Please visit the APAC Summit Agenda page. The agenda will be updated as we get closer to the start date for the event.
Q: Is there a cost to attend the NETSCOUT Arbor Summit?
A: Other than your travel and ground transportation costs, there is no fee to attend the APAC Partner Summit.
Q: How do I make hotel accommodations?
A: Reservations should be made online by visiting the NETSCOUT Arbor reservations page.
NETSCOUT Arbor is taking care of 2 nights stay only.
Q: Does making a hotel reservation automatically register me for the Summit?
A: No. You will need to complete the APAC Summit registration form, to ensure you are registered for the event.
Q: How do I get from the airport to the conference?
A: You should plan to arrange your own ground transportation from/to the airport and the Summit hotel. There are a few options from Hong Kong International Airport and Macau International Airport, which is the closest airport serving the hotel area, including taxis, shuttles and sedan services. You should plan on a 5-minute trip to/from the hotel/Macau Airport – and 60-minute ferry ride to/from Hong Kong International Airport. A bit longer if you arrive/depart during peak traffic. Q: Where can I park if I am driving to the hotel?
A: Complimentary valet parking will be provided to our local guests. Please simply ask our staff at the Summit registration desk to stamp the parking ticket for you.
Q: What is the registration deadline?
A: Summit registration closes on 20 October 2018.
Q: When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
A: Your email confirmation will be sent after completion of your online registration. Final details will be sent via email approximately one week prior to the event. See "Making Room Reservations" on the Travel/Hotel page.

Q: How do I get to and from the airport and the conference?

Q: In what language will the Summit be presented?
A: The official language of the summit is English.
Q: Is internet access available at the hotel?
A: Yes. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in the guest rooms, meeting space and public areas. Premium service is available at a cost.
Q: Are meals provided as part of the summit?
A: All meals as indicated in the APAC Summit Agenda will be provided by NETSCOUT Arbor. Special dietary requirements should be indicated when you register. Any drinks, meals or snacks purchased outside the sponsored functions outlined in the agenda will be at your own expense.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Attire is business casual for the meetings at the APAC Summit. The Wednesday night activity will be casual.
Q: What's the weather like in Macau in November?
A: Average high temperatures are around 73°F/ 23°C and average low temperatures are around 64°F/ 18°C. Almost no rainfall and low humidity.
Q: When can I check in and pick up my registration materials?
A: Registration will be available starting at 15.00. Hotel check in time is 15.00 as well, and Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Please see the APAC Summit Agenda for information regarding on-site registration times.
Q: What type of evening entertainment can I expect?
A: On Tuesday evening, prior to the official start of the APAC Summit, you are invited to join NETSCOUT Arbor and your peer attendees for a cocktail reception at the Four Seasons. On Wednesday evening, join us for an event to enjoy cocktails, hors d’ oeuvres and dinner while mingling with your peers and members of the NETSCOUT Arbor team.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: All summit events will be limited to attendees only. To attend sessions, cocktail reception, and/or dinner you must be a registered attendee of the summit. Due to the nature of the dinner and cocktail reception - children will not permitted to attend.
