Health and Safety Information

NETSCOUT is pleased to host our customers, vendors, and employees at our annual ENGAGE event. With the health and safety of all attendees as a top priority, NETSCOUT will require all employees, customers, and vendors attending our private, invitation-only ENGAGE 2022 event to be fully vaccinated. No exemption requests will be entertained for customers or vendors attending this event. NETSCOUT will follow recommended Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for related safety protocols, so please check back for any additional updates as we get closer to the event.

If you have received all recommended doses of a COVID-19 vaccine that has been authorized or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or is listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO), then you are considered to be fully vaccinated two weeks after your final dose. For example, two shots for a double dose vaccine such as Moderna or Pfizer and one shot for a single dose vaccine such as J & J.

We have partnered with a health & safety company who is specialized in validating vaccinations. Prior to attending ENGAGE, you will receive an email with instructions for providing proof of vaccination through Carevalidate’s Care360 site. We require that you submit your vaccination proof before traveling to ENGAGE.

We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to wearing a mask in indoor public areas. Currently, the venue and the state of Florida do not require the wearing of face masks.

If you do not feel well, please do not attend ENGAGE 22. We ask that you get tested at one of the local COVID testing centers (see below) and follow hotel COVID protocols (see below). Should you test positive, please let the ENGAGE team know by emailing engage22@netscout.com.

If a guest presents symptoms or tests positive for COVID they must immediately notify engage22@netscout.com and the hotel’s front desk. They may quarantine/shelter in place within the hotel room as long as they need to, however, the room is not complimentary. In addition, if a guest is in a quarantine status; the hotel has a plan in place to deliver meals and items from the gift shop (Advil/Tylenol, etc.) if needed (at the guest's expense).
