This three day, instructor-led course offering is designed to provide users of the nGenius Performance Management system the opportunity to study and problem solve “real-world” issues within a production level network environment. This course examines the best practice approach to the use of real time and historical data, packet analysis capabilities and reporting mechanisms of the nGenius Performance Manager system to manage and monitor network performance. End users of the nGenius Performance Management system will become actively engaged in the creation of system configurations that profile network traffic on monitored segments, establish baselines for bandwidth capacity and enable alarm conditions to track network and application usage.
