  Registration, Payment & Training Course Information

How do I register for a class?
To enroll and register for classes held in our corporate facilities (Westford, MA) or at regional facilities throughout the United States, please follow the instructions outlined on the Locations and Enrollment page.

"When can I expect to receive confirmation that I am registered"
Registrations are typically confirmed via email within 24-48 hours of your enrollment.

What are the class hours? (I want to make flight arrangements)
The Performance Manager Classroom Training is conducted from 9AM – 5PM for each of the three scheduled training days.

Where are regional training classes held? (How do I find hotel and contact information)
Upon confirmation of your registration for a regional training class, the NetScout Training Registrar will forward you the course schedule and location. Regional training sessions are typically conducted in a conveniently located hotel conference facility within the designated city.

When do you charge my credit card?
NetScout Systems, Inc. will bill you for the training course after your attendance has been confirmed and the course is completed.

How do I withdraw or change/re-enroll in a different training class?
To withdraw or edit your enrollment information, please follow the instructions provided on the enrollment page.
