TRN-101-ECL: Network Analysis and Troubleshooting (Self Paced)
Network Analysis and Troubleshooting focuses on the tools and techniques used to effectively analyze network communications using the Sniffer Analyzer application and network management solution. Network managers and technicians supporting medium and large enterprise-wide networks will benefit from the training. Participants learn how to analyze, troubleshoot, and understand current networking technologies and apply networking best practices. Troubleshooting and analysis skills are reinforced through hands-on exercises and an interactive feature called “Try it now!” using condensed exercises to enhance critical skills and concepts.

This course is an 18-hour self-paced course that includes recorded sessions, a student manual, and guided hands-on labs focused on key aspects of network analysis and troubleshooting critical to effective network management. The student will be presented with concepts and encouraged to perform hands-on exercises to support the learning process.


TRN-102-ECL: Application Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting (Self Paced)
Application Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting allows participants to gain the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to manage applications in large- and medium-size networks. This introductory course is designed to enable network professionals to identify the key factors that affect how applications perform on the network and to apply monitoring and reporting tools that measure performance in real-time. Participants examine the fundamental differences in application types, identify inherent network constraints, apply troubleshooting techniques to solve common application problems, and use monitoring tools for proactive measurement of application performance.

This course is a 15-hour self-paced course that includes recorded sessions, a student manual, and guided hands-on labs focused on key aspects of performance analysis and troubleshooting critical to effective network management. The student will be presented with concepts and encouraged to perform hands-on exercises to support the learning process.
