How to Search
Our knowledge base offers the following searching options:
- Search Our Solutions
When using this search engine, you can search all of our knowledge base items by:
- Product
- Search By - phrases, similar phrases, exact search, complex expression and solution id
- Search - use this area to enter specific keyword(s) you would like to search for
- Search Our Entire Knowledge Base
Enter the specific keyword(s) you would like to search for. This search engine not only searches our entire knowledge base, but also searches through all of the Documentation on our site.
Notifications
To receive email alerts when new solutions are posted to the NetScout knowledge base, simply click the "Notify Me by Email if this Solution is Updated" button at the bottom of Solution #1780.
Search Tips
Click Search our Entire Knowledge Base to search the knowledge base for solutions using drop-down menus and search text. You can view a list of solutions, sort solutions, and page up or down. Click to sort a column in descending order or to sort the column in ascending order. To view solution details, click the subject link.
Solution Details
A solution details page includes the question and answer. From one of these pages, you can perform the following:
- Notify me by Email if this Solution is Updated - Click this button to subscribe to a solution. Each time this solution is updated, you will be notified by email.
- Email Solution - Click this link to send the solution to a specific email address. You will be prompted for the recipient's email address.
- Print Solution - Click this link to print the solution you are viewing.
- Submit Rating - This button allows you to rate the effectiveness of the solution.
