Access Web Support
NetScout Customer Support can be accessed on the web via the Support MasterCare Portal.
Registration is required to view the secure areas (noted by an asterisk next to the links) on the Support MasterCare Portal home page. To gain access to secure areas, you may click on ANY secure area and complete the registration form.
Once you have registered on the Support MasterCare Portal, you will be able to:
