Assuring Service Performance in the Software-Defined Data Center

A vice president of IT for a $2 billion firm said “You’ve got to have great performance that is sustained all the time.” He is supported by other CIOs, CTOs and VPs, that require a flexible IT framework and service assurance for rapidly changing business and to be able to compete. The Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) adoption is expected to gain momentum as IT organizations benefit from agility to innovate with new services, higher operational efficiencies, and lower costs. In spite of these benefits, SDDC introduces additional layers of IT complexity which result in new service assurance challenges. To meet those challenges, IT teams need full service delivery insight for their virtual, physical and hybrid IT environments.
