Pocket-sized Network Tester that Solves Problems Fast

With its one-button auto-test design, smartphone integration, and automatic cloud storage of test data, LinkSprinter helps the field service and frontline technician, system integrator, and others identify, document, and remedy network connectivity problems in less than 10 seconds. The LinkSprinter one-button auto-test validates the Power Over Ethernet (PoE) voltage level, measures link speed and duplex, identifies link to switch including slot/port/VLAN information, DHCP server, gateway router, and displays if you are able to reach the specified target address. Results are shown in color-graded LEDs on the device; green, yellow or red, instantly showing pass/fail status and pointing users in the direction of the problem.

LinkSprinter validates all network services required from the wall jack to a specified internet connection and automatically sends those test results to the Link-Live Cloud Service and a specified e-mail account. It also provides smartphone integration with a connection to the built-in Wi-Fi access point. When LinkSprinter is used with a smartphone, test results are displayed with in-depth data such as PoE voltage, link speed, switch slot/port/VLAN, and more. In addition, it offers the ability to see cable fault and distance to open, short or split, and blinks the light on the switch port, helping users in an unmanaged switch environment to understand the connection path between the wall jack and switch port.
