The NetScout-IBM integrations provide joint customers with expanded reach of their Event Management Systems (EMS) through in-depth visibility into networked application performance.
By installing the appropriate Integration Utility, IT administrators/operators using any of the Tivoli EMS solutions now have easy access to the application-level monitoring and analysis provided by the nGenius Solutions. The Integration Utility embeds hot links that can directly launch nGenius Performance Manager or nGenius Analytics, taking operators directly to highly qualified alerts containing evidence of the performance anomaly’s root causes with direct access to NetScout’s industry-leading diagnostic and reporting solutions.
