NetScout Systems, a Citrix Charter Alliance Partner, applies its CDM™ technology to identify and monitor Citrix® MetaFrame® Presentation Server traffic flows and Citrix-hosted applications and maps them to the powerful real-time and historical analysis views and reports available in nGenius® Performance Manager. This approach enables nGenius Probes, when strategically placed throughout the organization’s network, to collect and deliver rich, actionable information on the utilization for each published Citrix application, such as those in the Microsoft® Office Suite or custom applications unique to a particular enterprise network. Network professionals can then proactively manage faults, monitor individual Citrix-based applications, rapidly troubleshoot problems, and dynamically plan network bandwidth changes.
