Gregg Kalman Joins Network General as Vice President of Business Development
SAN JOSE, CALIF., December 12, 2006 – Network General™ Corporation, the leading provider of IT Service Assurance Solutions, today announced that industry veteran Gregg Kalman has joined the company as vice president of Worldwide Business Development. Kalman is responsible for all corporate business development initiatives, managing the company’s distribution and OEM programs, and driving strategic relationships. His extensive experience in sales and channel development will expand Network General’s global delivery strategy and network of strategic relationships.
With 22 years of sales and channel management experience, Kalman has worked for industry leaders including Cisco and most recently Avaya as vice president of Global Channel Strategy and Operations. He has held various management level positions where he developed and managed numerous channel certification, incentive and marketing programs for VARs and distributors. Kalman will report directly to Kevin Maloney, Network General’s executive vice president, Worldwide Sales.
