Network General Invited to Present on Business Forensics Solutions

SAN JOSE, CALIF., November 28, 2006 – Network General™ Corporation, the leading provider of IT Service Assurance Solutions, today announced it will speak at the Network World IT Roadmap Conference in San Francisco on November 30. James Messer, Technical Marketing Manager for Network General, will present during the Network Management track of the conference on how organizations are using the company's Network Intelligence Suite to resolve enterprise problems, keep the organization running at peak efficiency through capacity planning and monitor the network from a service delivery perspective.

“The ongoing challenge for any IT organization is the alignment of technology with the overall goals and objectives of the organization,” said Messer. “Information Technology professionals are faced with increasing network complexity, the integration of new technologies and more critical business requirements than ever before. If organizations are to succeed, they’ll need their IT group to lead the charge.”

From liquid nitrogen-cooled supercomputers to enterprise network analysis and security solutions, Mr. Messer is a frequent speaker on today’s top technology and IT trends. He will address the conference on Thursday, November 30, at 12:00 p.m. (PST) in San Francisco's Moscone Center West.

Network World’s Live IT Roadmap Conference and Expo Series are focused on bringing solid, actionable content in digestible tracts to major metropolitan cities across the nation. Network World Live sponsored research to determine how IT decision-makers prefer to meet vendors, analyze networking solutions and gain insight into the hot button issues directly affecting their network. The content and structure of the IT Roadmap Series, which will reach four cities in 2006, was created based on direct feedback from this audience.
