NetScout Systems Appoints Joyce Poggi Hager Vice President of Human Resources
WESTFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2000--NetScout(R) Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTCT), today announced the promotion of Joyce Poggi Hager to vice president of human resources. Under her new title, Joyce will continue to develop and direct NetScout human resource initiatives in line with strategic business goals such as acquiring and developing top talent, as well as providing counsel and support to the executive staff. She has more than 18 years of business experience and was most recently NetScout's director of human resources.

Joyce joined NetScout in 1998 and has since developed numerous HR programs such as total compensation and benefits, management development, recruitment and employee relations. Prior to NetScout, Joyce was senior human resources manager for PictureTel, Inc., where she managed the HR function for several divisions. She also held human resources positions for Intel Corporation and Xerox Corporation. Joyce holds a BA in English from Villanova University.
