Our expert NetScout® instructors will cover select topics from the Sniffer® University curriculum. Meet the team, hear about our range of educational services, and learn by seeing, hearing and doing through lectures, demos, and labs.
This year we offer four unique hands-on, classroom-style labs and two additional presentation/demo lectures from Sniffer University.
Hands-On Lab Sessions (Pre-Registration Required) – Two hours of lecture, exercises, lab time and Q&A with Instructors and Engineers (lab guides and tutorial CDs included).
Pre-registration is required. Each two-hour session is limited to 15 students.

- nGenius® Performance Manager Lab: Follow the App – Experience the end-to-end process of monitoring and analyzing application behavior using a popular application
- nGenius Service Delivery Manager Lab: At Your Service – Learn the key elements of our enhanced real-time service dashboard and service quality problem detection
- nGenius InfiniStream® Lab: Back in the Packet – Receive best practices and tips to troubleshoot the root cause of typical network problems
- Service Provider Products Lab: Wirelessly nGenius – Examine both bearer (user) and control traffic timing to determine if response times have “crossed the line” using key Service Provider elements of the nGenius Service Assurance Solution
Lectures and Demos (Pre-Registration not Required) – 45 minutes of presentation, demos, and Q&A to provoke your thinking and effectiveness with NetScout products.

- How Do You Know if You are Being Hacked? – Examine common network attacks and how NetScout products recognize them; secure monitoring practices will also be discussed
- Breaking the Alarms and Alerts Code - Review effective alarming, baselining and thresholding configuration to move to a more predictive and preemptive model, and respond more effectively to failures
