Anil Singhal - Founder, President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board
Anil K. Singhal co-founded NetScout in June of 1984, and is serving today as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Singhal has provided technical leadership for the company since its inception and is credited with numerous innovations in the field of network traffic monitoring and analysis. Under his direction the company has grown to be the market leader at over $250M in revenues in fiscal 2008, after acquiring its chief competitor Network General. In his current role Mr. Singhal is providing strategic leadership and vision, as well as setting operational priorities for the company’s management team. Mr. Singhal holds a BSEE from BITS, Pilani, India and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. |

Michael Szabados - Chief Operating Officer
Michael Szabados has served in his current role since April 2007, overseeing all company functions with special focus on integrating the Network General acquisition. Prior to that he served as Senior Vice President, Product Operations for over five years, with responsibility for product development, manufacturing, customer support, human resources and marketing. A veteran of the enterprise networking industry, Mr. Szabados held product and marketing management positions at a number of industry leaders, and has developed a close working relationship with many of the world's leading IT/network organizations. Prior to NetScout, he served as VP of Product Management at UB Networks (1994-97), Director Product Marketing at SynOptics/Bay Networks (1991-1994), and Marketing Director, Networking at MIPS Corporation (1989-1991). Mr. Szabados holds a BSEE
from UC Irvine and an MBA from UC Santa Clara. |

David Sommers - Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, General Operations

David P. Sommers has served as NetScout’s Senior Vice President, General Operations and Chief Financial Officer since January 2001. Prior to this, Mr. Sommers served as NetScout’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from April 2000 to December 2000. From November 1998 until January 2000, Mr. Sommers was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FlexiInternational Software, Inc., a publicly-held developer and marketer of financial accounting software. During 1998, Mr. Sommers was a consultant on mergers and acquisitions to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lotus Development Corporation, an IBM subsidiary, which develops group collaboration software. From January 1996 through August 1997, he was Chief Financial Officer of SystemSoft Corporation, a publicly-held developer and marketer of system level firmware. He also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Media, Inc., a publicly-held developer and marketer of interactive multimedia systems, from September 1993 through December 1996. |

Ken Boyd - Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President, Services
Ken Boyd is CIO for NetScout and is responsible for Worldwide Customer / Technical Support. He has over 28 years of experience in Information Technology. Prior to the acquisition of Network General by NetScout, Mr. Boyd was responsible for Information Technology, R&D and Product Operations. Prior to joining Network General, Mr. Boyd served as a senior executive at Remedy over a period of 5+ years, where he held various key roles, including CIO, Vice President of Product Operations and Vice President, Product Management/Product Marketing. Prior to joining Remedy, Mr. Boyd held numerous senior roles at Adobe Systems where he was strategic in architecting client server solutions and evolving Adobe's intranet with Web and Adobe technologies. Previously, Boyd held roles of CIO at Read-Rite Corporation and Group Information Technology Director for Unisys Corporation, supporting a $2 billion business unit. |

John Downing - Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales Operations
John Downing has served as NetScout’s Vice President, Sales Operations since September 2000, when he joined the Corporation. Prior to joining NetScout, he was Vice President of Sales at Genrad Corporation, a manufacturer of electronic testing equipment and production solutions, from April 1998 until September 2000 and was Vice President of North American Sales from January 1996 until March 1998.

Ashwani Singhal - Senior Vice President, Research & Development
Ashwani Singhal has served as Vice President, Engineering and Product Development since January 2001. Mr. Singhal joined NetScout in 1987 and served as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager from 1987 until February 1997, as Director of Engineering from February 1997 until October 1998 and as Vice President, Engineering from October 1998 through December 2000. Prior to joining NetScout, he was a Senior Software Engineer at Symmetrix, an artificial intelligence systems company, from 1982 until 1987. Mr. Singhal is the brother of Anil Singhal, NetScout's President, Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer and Director. |

Jeff Wakely - Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer
Prior to joining NetScout Systems, Jeff logged 3 ½ years as Chief Financial Officer SiteScape, Inc. of Maynard, MA a venture capital backed worldwide provider of collaboration software solutions. From 2000 through 2002 Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer for Enermetrix, Inc., a venture capital-backed energy technology company located in Maynard, MA. From 1997 through 2000, Jeff was the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of SystemSoft Corporation a publicly-held software company in Natick MA and from 1995 through 1997 was Corporate Controller of publicly-held Vmark Software (now Ascential) of Westboro, MA. Jeff also has senior-level financial experience with Thermo Electron Corporation of Waltham, MA and Infinium Software of Hyannis, MA |

Victor Becker - Vice President, Human Resources
Victor P. Becker is our Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for all HR and organizational development activities. Mr. Becker brings over 25 years of high technology HR experience to NetScout. Prior to joining NetScout, Mr. Becker was the Vice President, Human Resources at Phase Forward, a software company, from January 2004 to December 2007. Prior to Phase Forward, Mr. Becker was Vice President, Human Resources at Authoria, Inc., a software company, from February 2000 to November 2003. Prior to Authoria, Mr. Becker was Director of Human Resources for Inacom Corporation, a services company, from June 1998 to February 2000. Prior to Inacom, Mr. Becker was Director of Human Resources for ENTEX Information Services, a services company, from October 1989 to June 1998. Prior to ENTEX, Mr. Becker was Human Resources Manager at Data General Corp., a hardware company, from September 1981 to October 1989. |

Bruce Kelley, Jr. - Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Bruce Kelley, Jr. co-founded NextPoint Networks, Inc. in November 1996 and served as a Director and as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Since the acquisition of NextPoint by NetScout in July 2000, Mr. Kelley had served as Vice President, Engineering, Service Level Management of NetScout from July 2000 to December 2000. In January 2001, Mr. Kelley assumed the position of NetScout’s Chief Technology Officer. Prior to founding NextPoint, he held various engineering positions at Digital Equipment Corporation from 1982 to 1996, including Consultant Software Engineer and Network Management Technical Director within Digital’s Network Management Engineering Group. |

Jeff Levinson - Vice President, General Counsel
Jeff Levinson is NetScout's Vice President and General Counsel, responsible for global legal strategy and legal operations. Mr. Levinson brings over 15 years of legal and strategic experience to NetScout. Before joining the company in 2005, he served four years as corporate counsel at Nuance (formerly Scansoft and Speechworks). Before that he was General Counsel at an internet startup and a division counsel at a global publishing company. Mr. Levinson holds degrees from Harvard and Boston University School of Law and an MBA from Babson. |

Steven Shalita - Vice President, Marketing

Steven is Vice President, Marketing, and leads our global marketing activities. He is an experienced marketing strategist with more than 20 years of technology marketing leadership experience in the voice and data networking and telecommunications industries. He has a proven track record of delivering results and growing revenues by connecting technology with business needs to deliver customer value. Mr. Shalita returned to NetScout in July of 2008, and was previously Director, Product Marketing at NetScout from 1997 through 1999. During his time away, he held marketing leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Redback Networks, Hewlett-Packard and Cisco Systems. At Alcatel-Lucent, he led the product marketing and strategy efforts for the company’s $1.2 Billion service provider router and network management portfolio. At Redback Networks, he led product and technical marketing activities, including the introduction of the company’s entrance into the metro Ethernet market. During his nearly six years at Cisco Systems, he served in a series of increasingly strategic assignments, including leading enterprise networking marketing efforts across Europe, Middle East and Africa and leading worldwide strategy and marketing activities for Cisco’s $9 billion LAN switching portfolio where he was a driving force in establishing Cisco’s global leadership position in the Enterprise network market. He has extensive global experience in a broad range of networking, and network management technologies for Enterprise, SMB and Service Provider segments. |

Tracy Steele - Vice President, Manufacturing and Business Operations
Tracy Steele has served as Vice President, Manufacturing and Business Operations since January 2001. Mr. Steele joined NetScout in November 1995 and served as Director of Manufacturing from November 1995 until May 1997, and as Vice President, Manufacturing from May 1997 to December 2000. Prior to joining NetScout, he served as Director of Manufacturing for Scope Communications, a developer of hand-held network tools from 1993 to November 1995. He also served in various manufacturing and management positions at NBase-Xyplex, Inc., a computer networking company, from 1985 to February 1993. |

Bruce Sweet - Vice President, Business Development
Bruce Sweet co-founded NextPoint Networks, Inc. in December 1996 and served as a Director and as Vice President of Engineering and Product Development. Since the acquisition of NextPoint by NetScout in July 2000, Mr. Sweet had served as Vice President, Engineering, Capacity Management, from July 2000 to December 2000. In January 2001, Mr. Sweet assumed the position of Vice President, Engineering Services and Customer Satisfaction. Currently, he serves as Vice President, Business Development. Prior to founding NextPoint, he was the Director of Network Management within Digital Equipment Corporation’s Network Business Unit from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Sweet held various engineering positions of increasing responsibility within Digital Equipment Corporation beginning in 1983. |
