What happens to my service contract?
Can I combine my service contract for NetScout and Network General products?
What kind of service contracts will be offered to me in the future? Will there be different service offerings than what Network General was offering?

What happens to my service contract?
Your service contract remains in place and will be renewable based on original dates. NetScout has committed to customers their support of investments made in both Sniffer and nGenius solutions.

Can I combine my service contract for NetScout and Network General products?
At this time, you are not able to combine service contracts. This will be offered in the near future.

What kind of service contracts will be offered to me in the future? Will there be different service offerings than what Network General was offering?
Until at least April 1, the service offerings for Network General products – and NetScout products – will remain as they were prior to the acquisition. As we work through our newly combined service strategy we will notify all customers of any changes and how the service practices will be combined.
