Important Questions - Company Integration
How will the companies operate after the close of the acquisition?
NetScout is now operating as a single company with an intensive focus on fully integrating all functions by the beginning of our fiscal year, April 1, 2008.
When will the company integration be complete?
All business functions and sales/support teams will be integrated by April 1, 2008. The product lines will be integrated in phases during calendar year 2008.
What changes can I expect as part of the integration?
Most changes should be transparent to customers. By April 1, you may have different sales or support teams and the company websites will be consolidated. However, our continued strong focus on industry leading performance management solutions and shared commitment to high customer satisfaction will not change.
Will the acquisition affect my relationship with my sales manager or reseller?
For now, continue to work with your existing account manager or reseller. Later in the year, you may begin to work with a new NetScout sales team. As the sales assignments are finalized, each customer will be updated on their key contacts at NetScout.
